Database

SQL DB Import/Export

WowBMS/EMS can import and export data to any ODBC database. This can be made even more advanced by scripting!

Scripting

WowBMS/EMS has its own JavaScript engine built in, with special functions for Drawing, Data Conversion, Exporting to Excel, Controlling devices, and much more.

openHAB

openHAB is the most popular Smart Home software. It can connect to about 4000 devices. This OPC Server allows any OPC Client to connect to a openHAB Server using it's REST API for monitoring and/or control.

SNMP

SNMP OPC Server is a universal server for any SNMP OPC Client. It can also write to a ODBC database.

BACNet

BACNet is turning out to be the #1 automation protocol. Our OPC Server also write history data to an ODBC database which WowBMS/EMS can import.

Profitnet

Profinet

The follower of Profibus. This OPC Server also store history data in an ODBC Database.

Knx/EIB

European Installation Bus (EIB) and its follower Knx IP, perfect for Smart Home and Industrial automation. This server also writes history data to an ODBC server.

Modbus

Simple protocol for reading memory positions out of a Modbus capable device. Writes history data to ODBC database.

Bosch UGM

Another universal device from Bosch (Telenorma) UGM, uses RS232. Used for Fire and Contacts.

Cerberus

OPC Server for all Cerberus devices: MK7022, Fire CS11, Intrusion CS440, and Gas CS60

Siemens Siport

Siport

Siemens Siport is a access control device. It also has the ability to be extended with contacts.

Thor

The Thor - Hi Sec OPC Server provides a standard interface to the Hi Sec over OPC.

Ecos Web II

Ecos Web

The Webman II OPC connects to Webman II from Ecos systems through a web service using SOAP, then the OPC Server makes this data available to OPC Clients.

Tetronik DAKS

The Tetronik DAKS OPC Server provides a standard interface to the DAKS over OPC. The DAKS uses ESPA-X version 1.0 to speak to the OPC Server. So, the full communication path looks like this: DAKS <- ESPA-X -> OPC Server <- OPC -> OPC Clients. All the ESPA-X commands and their respective fields are built up in the OPC, buy setting these fields and then setting the desired command item, i.e. CommandCall, an ESPA-X call start command is sent. Calls can be started for Groups or for individual Phones.

Ascom OAP

The Open Access Protocol (OAP) is used as an interface between external applications or systems, and a cordless telephone system and/or System 900. The protocol enables exchange of data between the systems, for example handset alarms and messages. Examples of applications are integration of cordless telephone system and System 900 services with a Nurse Call System. It can also be used to interface a building automation system or handle machine alarms in a production process etc.

The Tyco ZX/MX Expert OPC server provides a standard interface to the ZX Expert over OPC.

Tyco Filnet

The Tyco Filnet OPC server provides a standard interface to the Zettler Filnet over OPC.

Siemens SigmaSys/SM88

The SigmaSys OPC server provides a standard interface to the Siemens SigmaSys and SM88 over OPC.

Shrack BMZ

The Schrack BMZ OPC Server provides a standard interface to the Schrack BMZ over OPC.

Essernet

The Essernet OPC Server provides a standard interface to the Essernet over OPC via com ports.

Gilbarco TLS

GilBarco TLS

The Gilbarco TLS OPC Server provides a standard interface to the TLS Protocol devices over OPC. It currently supports TLS 300, 350, 350R, 4, 450, 450Plus devices. The OPC Server does not support history, setup/database, and reconciliation commands, it only supports operational reports and diagnostic messages/commands.

Graphs/Plotting

Graphs

Each data point can be graphed, and each graph can be configured. These graphs import the history data that our OPC Server has written. The graph can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet or as an image.

Scripts

Using scripts in the graphic area is a perfect way to show unique data or comparison charts. The script can even handle mouse clicks and perform tasks like update or export.

Graphic Elements

WowBMS has a multitude of built in graphic elements: Bars, Gauges, Status/Value, Video, Rectangles, Arcs, Lines. Each with its own set of configurable properties. If that isn't enough then use one of the standard scripts or write your own.

User Defined Symbols

Apart from the intelligent objects there is the possibility that each elements drawing is taken from a definable symbol. Making it easy to create new elements and then just use them on symbols in a graphic.

Layers

The graphics in the control display are layered. This gives the ability to hide complete floors, types of sensors, making the display less cluttered, if so desired.

Framesets

Each workstation can have its own frameset allowing for space and monitor optimization, plus user filtering.

Display Frame

Graphic Display

The display frame is the main frame for visualization. There is one main display and any number of sub display frames. In the display frames, all the graphic elements are placed. This shows the actual status and can send commands through scripting.

Alarm List Frame

Alarm List

The alarm list frame shows all statuses that are considered abnormal by the configuration. Each status can be designated as abnormal and needing attention. Each object can also get its own status configuration, so that the status means something different for each sensor. A script can also be associated with a sensor and when the alarm list entry is clicked on the script is executed allowing for dynamic alarm text creation, sending emails, changing status, sending commands to devices, the possibilities are limitless.

Alarm Info

The alarm info frame allows for a user to add information about an alarm or event. The information is logged and can be used in future reference to the event/alarm.

The alarm text frame can show any kind of text or graphic, especially suited for HTML or PDF. The text can come out of a file or be dynamically created through a script.

Video Live Frame

The video frame takes a input from a graphic card, or frame grabber card. It can also show web cameras.

The chat frames allows all stations to chat about current events.

Object Tree Frame

Object Tree

The object tree shows workstations, sensors, and displays in a tree format. By clicking on the tree items, the main graphic display will switch to the associated display. This frame has a handy search possibility for easy sensor finding.
